That is my third purchase from Sakura Wtches and I am happier more than ever with my Citizen Promaster Land. The watch itself is much more pleasant than it appears to be on the pictures and videos in internet. I am impressed with the quality and wearability, it seats so comfortable on my wrist. The watch have been delivered in extremely fast manner and in perfect condition. Excellend service and superb experience with Sakura Watches.

I have recently bought the Citizen Xc ES9434-53W watch as a Christmas present for my wife. I am very pleased with the watch and very grateful for the help I received from Sakura Watches, particularly Kota , who was very efficient at answering my e-mails regarding the technical queries I had about a radio controlled watch working in England. Kota sent me a copy of the watch manual and I was able to see the watch would receive a radio signal from Frankfurt in Germany. On receipt of the watch I was easily able to adjust to London time and everything is fine.

Stunning Watch, when adjusted correctly the watch and brace lays perfectly on your wrist. The crown placement, which felt odd at the beginning tured out to be a stroke of genius. When wearing other watches the crown tend to “dig” into your wrist at certain angles, this occurrence is completely removed by the crowns positioning, below the 6. Aditionally adjusting the time, and reading the time as you change it is easier with this placement. Biggest complaint is the manual that comes with the watch, because it is basically useless. I would recommend checking the Japanese Issey Miyake Watch site, if you’re looking for information about the watch, and translate it through your browser instead of reading from the English version. 10/10 wish more watches was as beautiful, and interesting as this one.

Very nice watch at a good price. The level of finishing is excellent for the money. Fast shipping from Sakura. It connected to the Casio App first time with no issues. Adjusting the strap with the pin and collar system is a bit awkward (lost a few collars!) but once done very nice.

Bought this watch couple weeks back. It looks stunning in person. The dial is not pure white and it is a nice touch.
The strap is a bit stiff but I guess it’s new and will see how it changes with usage.
The watch is thin and easy to wear.

Do not buy this watch if you have a nickel allergy as the caseback is clearly not titanium. While wearing the watch with a rubber strap, I was reacting as I do predictably when I have skin contact with any nickel object or nickel containing alloy. I coated the four caseback screws with clear lacquer designed to prevent skin contact and still reacted. I conclude the caseback is stainless steel. Do not buy this watch if you need it to be hypoallergenic. Otherwise, the watch operates just fine.

The watch arrived very fast to EU (5-7 days), it was carefully and beautifully wrapped in a branded Seiko box and in bubble wrap for protection. Sakura Watch is my 1st stop when I'm looking for a JDM watch. I ordered this on 10-31 and it arrived 10 days later. Given the price point, this watch is outstanding, you will be hard pressed to get a better value for the dollars spent. Not surprising from Seiko, the dial is the high point, and the day of the week is in kanji & english (my favorite combo). The included NATO type strap is large enough for pretty much anyone. I have a 18.5 cm wrist and there is enough material that I have to tuck it into the retainer.

I've been wearing this watch daily for the last week. Its very similar to the old SNK80X but with many upgrades. Hacking, hand winding, slightly larger dial, slimmer bezel, large crown at 3, drilled lugs, beautiful sunburst green dial with a silver inner ring, 100m water resistance and domed crystal (hardlex). Really love the case finish and size, it fits my wrist perfectly (17cm).

The only negative I can find is that it is a bit thick. I changed the strap as the one it came with was a bit stiff and didn't want to wait to break it in.

Shipping was quick and and arrived in just a few days to Peru. Watch came with box, tags and inserts, brand new and arrived in perfect conditions. Thanks Sakura Watches!

This is my first automatic watch. Seiko with its transparent back cover is great for admiring the movement.
The Nato strap was increasing the overall height of the watch and I modified the strap as per this tutorial (https://youtu.be/ZkdP4VZ93F0?si=ueEDLlKRtXkxU8Dh). The 36.4mm diameter of the watch is perfect for my 6.3 inch wrist size.
Sakura watches provided me with the best price in the market and their delivery times were just 3 days after the processing was complete in Japan.

Great service ! Since I was going to be in Tokyo for a couple of days, I requested delivery to my hotel there. The package was waiting for me upon my arrival, as promised. My experience with Sakura Watch was outstanding. I lived in Tokyo for 2 years. Japanese Service, in general, is always impeccable.

I have a lot of black dive watches so I thought I would do something a little different with the Green. Very glad that I did. The blue green color is very cool and changes in different light.

I have several Seiko watches and I have a theory that JDM models are of a higher quality standard. This watch proves that point. Everything lines up perfectly and it keeps great time.

The lume is outstanding!!

Won’t be my last JDM Seiko and it will not be my last time working with Sakura. Don’t Hesitate. It was a great experience.

First the watch - incredibly handsome. Sits well on the wrist. Light, compared to a mechanical watch. I go through the day without realizing it’s there. And that’s a good thing, for an everyday watch. But it’s design ensures it looks big, bold, and smart. Could not have been happier.

Excluding the protruding parts on both sides, the actual size is about 34mm.
The watch was smaller than expected.

It comes with another strap, but i prefer silicone one, so i switched it.

Beautiful watch.
However, it looks slightly smaller than the measurements suggest, and the engraving on the circumference of the watch are so small that they are barely legible in anything but perfect lighting.

This was my pick for a mechanical field watch that fit the dimensions of my wrist and was at a respectable price for my entry watch.
The strap is lackluster, and I would consider replacing it.

SBGX295 dial seems so plain and simple until you look closely. The hands are the legendary GS design and the markers are actually, shiny gunmetal in color. At different lighting conditions, it may even looked black. This really contrast with the white dial and time is easy to read. 37mm X 44.6mm X 10mm will even look good on larger wrist. Super comfortable 19mm leather strap. This is the watch to keep.

I adore this watch—sleek, elegant, and subtle; it almost disappears onto my wrist. I have a very small 5.75-inch wrist, so I needed to punch an extra hole into the strap for the watch to fit comfortably. The case is quite thin, so the dress shirt cuffs slide effortlessly over the watch, which is nice.

I absolutely love this watch! The face/number combo is very easy to read at a glance, and I really like the overall look. All the features are great too. Definitely a few things to learn about how it operates, but after I set my time zone I just started testing each of the features one by one and picked it up in no time. It very quickly becomes quite intuitive. One thing I almost didn't notice at first - the band's micro-adjustments are built right into the clasp, which is a great feature. Squeeze the same side buttons that release the clasp and you'll find 3 separate positions to choose from. My wrist is just a touch over 8", and due to the shape of my wrist/arm I have to wear my watch closer to the hand (anything large enough to fit behind the wrist bone further away just means it's going to slip forward anyway), but this fits me very comfortably. Removed a single link, set the micro-adjustment to the bigger setting, perfect fit for me.

This is a beautiful watch. As far as I can determine, it works perfectly in every way. Shipping by DHL is expensive, but probably worth it. The little instruction booklet (essential) is hard to use because there are so many pages with very little on each one; however, it can be downloaded and printed in an easier to use format. I am left in some doubt about what to do with the Japanese warranty card; is it important to fill it out, and if so, how does a non Japanese accomplish this?

This limited edition watch is simply lovely on the wrist. The dark blue dial has a sunburst effect that catches light beautifully during the day and resembles the sky at night. The 14mm strap is navy blue, not made of leather but very supple and comfortable. The movement is quite accurate for the price, it loses less than 10 secs a day and has some decoration. The lugs are short so this watch wears smaller than a 34mm on my 6.15 inch wrist. I ordered this watch on Wednesday, it was shipped on Friday via FedEx and I received it the next week Thursday in Scotland (I paid duties + tax).
I have five issues with this watch: i) the deployment clasp is the cheap kind and not very practical, ii) the sapphire glass is the cheap kind that smudges every time you touch it, iii) the watch is not legible under sunlight, iv) it is not anti-magnetic so I'll need to be careful around certain devices, v) the movement does not hack.
Fantasia is my favourite Disney movie and the Sorcerer's apprentice was my favourite story in it so owning one of 300 pieces is quite satisfying. It has become my favourite automatic time piece and the 8229 caliber is more accurate than my Seiko Presage Zen Garden's 4r movement.
